We're confident in what we make. But if for any reason you're not happy with your results, simply return your products within 1 year of the shipment date. Even if they're completely empty — we'll refund the purchase price for all products returned. All returns must be made within 1 year (unless otherwise stated on the order page of the product you purchase) from the shipment date. We are unable to process returns for Liquidation Sale items. We are unable to refund the shipping and handling fees associated with your purchase.

Please include the name, email address, and phone number on the order, along with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to return. If you'd like a call back, let us know and one of our team will reach out.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and an RMA # to be sent to you, along with further instructions. Returns submitted without an RMA # will incur a $2 processing fee. Don't forget to check your Spam/Junk folder.
Once we receive your package, we'll refund the total cost of the products, less the shipping cost and any applicable fees.

Any free or promotional products received as a bonus to your order must be returned as well to receive a full refund.
We'd love to hear your feedback when you submit a return request. For damaged or defective products, a photo of the issue is especially helpful — it lets us process your return faster and improve our quality control.
